About us

We are a church compelled by the love of God and empowered by the Holy Spirit to continue the ministry of Jesus, according to Luke 4:18-19

(Luke 4:18-19 NKJV)  “The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; {19} To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD.”

Our Purpose

Expressed in its simplest form, our purpose is to impact our community with the message and power of Jesus Christ in a manner un-churched people can relate to.

We seek to do this by intentionally and actively demonstrating the relevance of Christ in our lives. Jesus makes all the difference, a real difference, a “can’t do without difference” in the life of every genuine believer.

In Him there is forgiveness, the only real solution to guilt, in Him there is provision for our everyday needs, in Him there is healing of our emotions and bodies, in Him there is freedom from oppression and depression, and from hopelessness and discouragement. In him there is hope, faith and purpose for life. In him there is reconciliation with the Father and thus eternal joy and happiness starting now here on earth and continuing forever and ever in a glorious habitat prepared for us called heaven.

In essence our purpose is to communicate these priceless truths to all who will care to hear them by letting these truths not only be heard from our mouths, but be seen as we demonstrate them in our own lives.
